The New York State (NYS) Board of Elections is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all laws relating to elections in New York State.
Early Voting Information Primary Election
Early Voting will be held at the Town Center on the following times below.
Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Monday, June 19, 2023 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from noon until 8 p.m.
Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Thursday, June 22, 2023 from noon until 8 p.m.
Friday, June 23, 2023 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Primary Election Tuesday, June 27 Voting Information
You may vote at your polling location anytime from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27! Please make sure you check out where your polling location is prior to heading out to vote.

Absentee Ballot Information
You may apply for an absentee ballot in any of the following ways:

Qualifications to Register to Vote
In order to register to vote, you must:
- Be a United States citizen
- Be 18 years of age by December 31 of the year in which you file this form (you must be 18 years old by the date of the general, primary, or other election in which you want to vote)
- Live at your present address at least 30 days before an election
- Not be in jail or on parole for a felony conviction
- Not claim the right to vote elsewhere
