The Coastal Zone Management Commission (CZMC) is comprised of eleven members, each serving a term of three years, with the chair serving a term of one year. It was established in 1986 to monitor and coordinate the implementation of the New York State approved Local Waterfront Revitalization Program of the Town of Mamaroneck and the Village of Larchmont. Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month. Please note, there are no meetings held during the month of December.
Referrals to CZMC/How to apply for local consistency review
Referrals to CZMC are made by both Town of Mamaroneck and Village of Larchmont Boards and Commissions. If your project has been referred to CZMC for review, you must complete a Coastal Assessment form and submit meeting materials online. You will need to set up an account with our software company, Viewpoint Cloud Permit Software (OpenGov) the first time you log in. The application form can be found under the "Land Use Board" heading.
