Fourth Anniversary of Larchmont-Mamaroneck Food Scrap Recycling

Lisa Chase, co-owner of The Grange Restaurant in Larchmont, delivered the restaurant’s signature dulce de leche brownies for sanitation staff in celebration of the fourth anniversary of the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Joint Sanitation Commission’s food scrap recycling program. This was on behalf of Town of Mamaroneck’s Sustainability Collaborative and Larchmont Environmental Committee to thank sanitation staff for their vital work and tremendous efforts throughout the year, and especially post-Tropical Storm Ida.
