Mamaroneck School District’s Food Rescue

Mamaroneck School District’s food rescue has been going strong at the start of summer 2021. It donated 1,143 lbs. of surplus fresh fruits and vegetables from end of June to end of July. These included peaches, nectarines, plums, oranges, bananas, tomatoes, baby carrots, squash, and zucchini. The food donations went to HOPE Community Services in New Rochelle.
