Food Scrap Recycling Metrics for Maxwell Avenue Recycling Center

Food scrap diversion has been going up! From January 2020 to July 8, 2021, the total food scrap diversion was 116.7 tons (233,438 lbs.). The year-to-date (YTD) total for 2021 is 43.5 tons (86,994 lbs.). The dotted trend line on a weekly basis has been upwards throughout the pandemic as shown below:
