Please see the attached link for additional information including the two hotline numbers and the webpage to be used for enrollment. Eligibility for the DCMP is anyone who has been affected by Ida with a continued unmet need in a Public Assistance or Individual Assistance declared county. Individuals do not have to have applied for FEMA assistance to be eligible for case management.
New York State has contracted with New York Disaster Interfaith Services (NYDIS) to provide services to survivors with unmet needs caused by the remnants of Hurricane Ida, including referrals for basic unmet needs such as food, shelter, and seasonal clothing, support to address physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial needs, and assistance in obtaining needed services or resources.
